Dead Mat self adhesive sound deadening sheets.
Four sheets 250mmx x200mm x 2.2mm (this is the thicker stuff).
I bought a box of ten (current price £12.49) and used six in my new front doors, don't want these to go to waste so if anyone can use them and doesn't need a box of ten then here you go. Excellent item, I am very happy with it.
Quite heavy, just four sheets is over 1KG.

£5 inc P&P.

I hope you don`t mind me asking, but, is this very tricky to put in?
Or is there a thread on here?
Thanks

Dead easy.
As per the instructions on the box (shown in one of the photos above) you simply press into position (it is very sticky) and I used a wallpaper edge seam roller across the whole surface to make sure it was flat. By the flexible nature of the material I should say it copes with curves very easily but I guess that you have to make sure you get it in the correct position first time as when it is stuck it does appear to be STUCK and could only be removed by destroying the mat and then cleaning the surface with white spirit.
