I think we have had this conv before and yes, when that guy got it right on his racing machine he wiped the floor with the competition, years ago.It is very good with 2 strokes. And get the resonance going it really boosts the power.
I got roughly 3bhp from a bike with a bit of porting and an expansion pipe, was 100cc but I could beat quick 125s
When I did mine, I never had to get any cross member off. but then all I did was replace the middle box with straight pipe as I had no cat, so maybe we is talkin at cross porpoises!Did mine 2 weeks ago... only pain was getting the soddin crossmember off... the exhaust is very easy to change.
Fur enuff!Yes.... you cant get the front pipe off without removing the crossmember...
