Ok so been out on a pay and play today ended up loosing my ACE pipe. It's split where it folds over to top of the rear ACE AND and then runs over the chassis down towards the block

Looks like it been wedged between the axle and the ace ram/u it itself.....

How can I go about sorting this as Iv lost all use of it and I have heared it's a pig of a job to do. Can I just cut the pipe and use 10mm compression fittings or buy a new pipe how hard is it to remove the old one from the block?

Any help would be much appreciated

its a high pressure system but people do use compression fittings if pipes surface is good enough, changing the rear is easier than the front

Any how to guides that you know of guys? I have the light on the dash now . Is it ok to drive around with this on as its my daily Veichle ? Is it better just removing the ace system altogether ? It then gets costly

This will take the pump out

It need oil

Worth fixing though

you cant drive it whilst reservoir is empty as pump wont last long , if you remove the system you need a different auxiliary belt and an idler pulley to replace the pump ,id get pipe repaired or fit a new pipe , if you fit new pipe you need a new seal pack too for block

Is there anyway I can use it until the weekend and disarm the system IE fuse or unplugging some of the connections? Thanks

May just replace it's all with anti roll bars price if the removal kit is not a great deal more than the pipes axons bits needed to fix the problem and then the hours involved with this...

I'm fairly competent with cars.... Big obj removing the ace system? Evening work in the garage or a full day?
