Hi guys,

I’ve got a Freelander `HSE LUX 2013. A few weeks ago I noticed the DAB button had disappeared off the screen. Any ideas?

Dab module off line - check fuse in rear fuse box

There’s a label on the fuse box lid - look for one which looks like a radio

Thanks. I’ve tried the fuses. Someone has said it may need a software download again as I put a new head unit in. Any ideas?

Did you have the dab button after the new head unit went in?
Did you fit it? Are there any missed connections?

I’m not sure if the DAB button was there. But when you press the voice control button on the steering wheel there’s an option on the screen saying Turn DAB on.

A quick Google shows earlier models didn't have dab, depends how old the new head unit is.
To change Google says pressing the FM button should get round to dab.
Also they all say digital which refers to the tuning and not if its dab enabled.
