Hi all,

My aircon cooling has been generally been working ****e even after a brand new compressor, drier and a regas.

It blows coolish on one side (about 50% of what it should), and on the passenger vents it's initially the same but then turns warmish as the car warms up to temp.

If I change the the pax side temp to full hot I can hear the airflow change and feel the temp change to hot. Same thing for 'LO' but it only cools slightly.

I did the AC diagnostic and it said Fault code 00 (no faults).

Reading the manual it looks like there's two servo motors behind / under the glove box, and another in the dash centre somewhere but I don't know which if any of these might be the probem..

Anyone have some tips for what to look at?

I had same issue on my TD5 (blowing colder on passenger side when both set to LO)
Got it re-charged and was fine. Know a few others that have had same problem and re gas has cured it.
Perhaps you have a leak in the system/condenser ??

It's been like this even straight after the new bits and a regas. Could well be a leak. I was thinking it could be one of the flaps not working properly and / or the evaporator needs replacing(?)
