On both of our D2 V8's we have Zavoli LPG systems, and generally both work well.

Philip's engine started showing faults on the right hand bank and the Lambda on that side stopped toggling.

We've replaced it twice, the last time we watched it start up and then stop functioning, that was a new Bosch unit.

We then pulled the feed fuse for the Zavoli LPG ECU and off it went as good as gold.

We are now going to check wiring for faults, Philip did it himself and the quality of work is beyond question, but it seems odd that it has run for a year without trouble and there's the obvious question of a wiring mistake to look for.

so what your saying then is that the fuelling is way off on the rh bank.if you run on petrol it cycles normally, but on lpg it "sticks".you have most likely a dodgy lpg injector or two or three or four on the rh bank. what you have to remember is that it is an oxygen sensor not a fuel sensor.does it "stick" high or low?.

All the LPG Pan injectors are brand new last year, but I agree we could have one sticking open.
