Good for you mate! Don't worry too much about the cruise control thing. My Foxwell says exactly the same thing but cruise still works exactly as it should. Small beer I know!
 
Stanleysteamer, haha cruise control is quite the last bit of my concern.

Yeah, it runs.... Stil something is holding up them horses and it isn't shifting up to 4.

After warming up an cruising the city streets its OK, we don't need real power showing off do we? But the highway is a dangerous place to be cause there is no power, shifting up to 3 slowly and than at 22500 rpm it keeps hanging, running back by 2250rpm and moving up again this doesn't stop. Full throttle gives a stumpy holding back want to go issue. Did that once, doesn't feel right!

Power (turbo) ratio readout on the highway is 35>40 % even with my foot almost to the floor.

Readout also says pressure sensor fails.
So is there a pressure sensor in the fuel line? (it's that or)
Is there a pressure sensor in the air inlet?
Mass sensor is disconnected no change
Vacuum switch thingy for the turbo is gone, it should act as a Def td5 now. (was already done) egr is gone to.

Hmm 20 day's until holy day's the alps are calling... So HELP is appreciated.

Aha changed the main propshaft, 2 bearings where complete gone... Had some luck there :p

If your Landy revved up 22500, the highway anywhere near you WOULD be a dangerous place to be!!!
This hanging back thing is typical of a Landy where you are trying to hold it at a speed that is just on the cusp of an auto change from one gear to another, particularly on hills in cruise control, but then you don't have many hills in Holland do you? Or do you live in a hilly part? (You can tell I failed geography O level!)
 
Stanleysteamer, no there is definitely something wrong. It lacks power. Hils in this part we have some but small ones. Last week I was crawling up :(
 
One last shot in the dark. If your wastegate actuator rod hinge is sticking in the turbo pipe, or the diaphragm thingy is not securely attached to its mount, or if there are more or less than about thirteen threads showing between the end of the rod and the locknut, you could have a problem here. If it is this, then you may get a situation where the vehicle does exactly as you say, but the fault goes away when you stop, ignition off, then start again, until you push the truck to go up hills or go really quickly. How do I know? Cos it happened to me over a Christmas and I had to put up with it for a week in Cornwall. Both nuts came off the mount! The truck runs fine on low to medium throttle but if you push it further, the wastegate sticks and the ECU interprets this as over-fuelling and cuts the fuel to a limp-home mode. Until you switch off then back on again. Obviously this may not match exactly what you have, but I am surprised it don't show up on Foxwell.

That 35-40% thing is irrelevant as long as you bypassed the wastegate modulator cos it's about it's duty cycle output from the ECU

There are two pressure sensors, one in the airbox lid(AAP) and one in the inlet manifold(MAP), the difference between the readings gives the boost: MAP - AAP = boost (in KPa)... the symptom you describe looks like overboost so make sure that the wastegate is not stuck closed and the valve is reacting to pressure

watch the manifold absolute pressure when the symptom occurs and if it exceeds 240 then drops it's certainly overboost....

unplug the AAP sensor and go for a ride that way to see what happens
 
Tried to sort out all options today.
Wastgate is not stuck and moving freely.
Drove with and without map sensor, the one on the filter box. With and without mass sensor, the one after the filter box in the tube. No results.

Manifold pressure at 3000rpm +/- 160/175kpa

Is the valve at the wastgate reacting just running idle and at 2500 rpm my guess it should but isn't.

That's very low so certainly not overboost, what's the AAP reading at that point? can you see it dropping under load? you should measure the fuel pressure with a gauge instead of the FT sensor at the FPR cos the pump might work only on LP, here is a list with normal readings

I can build in a analog meter :) what should pressure low/high be.
And where do I find al car figures such as above somewhere on the internet.
 
With the ignition on you should have 4 bar at the fuel pressure regulator - you can attach the gauge at the temp sensor port.
 
Well then problem solved!
As all figures mentioned here above where quite right, manifold pressure etc.
We meassured pump pressure and as it was there was none on ignition. Tested the pump, 12v direct et voilla running like new! so some where down its feed it got busted. Didn't check where them wires go and we made a shortcut for time while. But best is we tackled it!
