Sits 2-3 inches lower than the visor height states, bouncy ride, unpredictable handling and when you come to a firm stop it rocks diagonally a couple of times before settling. My main car has extremely hard suspension so I'm certainly not using that as a comparison but you can literally rock the disco from side to side like the suspension is made from jelly. Not expecting a race car but tired is about the best way I can describe it.

I've ordered the standard spec britpart springs, shocks and bushes along with galvanised turrets, spring seats, new bolts and poly bushes etc, I'll update with my thoughts when they're on.
 
Quick note on the insurance, I'm with Adrian Flux and I've declared every mod I've put on the vehicle, yet the premium never changed. (they charge an admin fee, but the quote never changed in price when I told them I had all the mods)

Lancaster charged me £60 plus admin fee just for adding the guards!
 
I suspect the springs are actually fine. Shocks might be worn and bushes most certainly.

What makes you say that you think its tired?

New shocks and bushes might be all you need. Polybush might or might not be the way to go. There are softer and harder polybush options over stock. I'd say go for them, just pick the type you want.

I went with Admiral to begin with who were right douchebags! Told them to shove it and paid the admin fee to leave within the 2 week cool down period. I cannot fault Adrian Flux, used them for 3 years now, never had issues, price is reasonable, I won't ever change from them again. :)

Umm, not sure that is a good reference. I assume you mean the sun visor and the max heights? If the pic in your op is the same vehicle, then it looks fine. 2" lower would look slammed with the tyres well up in the wheel wells.
 
It is that car and yes that was what I was using so possibly a schoolboy error there. In any case everything arrived today, shocks look well made and after priming are nice and stiff. The springs and dampers carry a 'G' part number, if that does indeed mean they are genuine parts they are a bargain. The dampers have a sticker saying 'britpart genuine parts' and have a 24 month warranty according to the box. When it's all fitted I'll post my initial thoughts, but first impressions are positive.

I'll try to make some ride height measurements before fitting and over the coming weeks.
