A ok. Lol thats a sh** job.
Remove bottom engine guard.
Remove lower back engine stabilizer link.
Put jack under engine and jack without raising the engine. Just enough to rest the engine.
Remove top intake cover.
Undo top engine mount from chassis and top of engine and remove.
Un do bolt on top tie bar. And un do other bolt on large side.
Now the fun part:
Jack the engine as much as you can.get a crow bar or long flat screwdriver and wedge between the mount and the chassis and lever towerds the engine. Get some one to help you as you have to lever and fight with the bolt to get the mount out and put the new one in.

Then put everything back but in reverse order.

And don't use polybushes on engine mounts. They will transfer a lot of vibration to the cabin.
 
Easier read than done btw as top bolt is long and will have the engine in the way. Not enough space to take out compeletely.
