Well I use one in ine when camping and im still here. Couldnt see if it was fixed down why it wouldnt work. Re Carbon Monoxide poisoning I'm yet to find a none drafty land rover so if there is any i guess it gets sucked out much like when they are used in a tent???

you are having a laugh aren't you?? NO one with any brains would suggest that you drive around the country with an lpg heater burning away in the back of your vehicle with your children sitting within easy reach of the heater..
 
Ok, Like I said “Has anyone thought” I guess you have and don't like the idea.

I do use a small camping heater in the back of the 109 and so far I have resisted the urge to stick my fingers in it but I guess kids will be kids.
I did wonder if there was issues with the gas slopping around the canister but as with my heater the canister lays on its side so ruled it out.

I have included a pic of the heater I use, just for the hell of it :)

Well they could toast marshmallows as we drive. Pink ones are best mmmmmm. Dog might get bit burnt though. No one likes the burnt hair smell
 
Ruby has 2 little vents comming from under the cubby box into the real seat area... I don't know how warm it gets inthe back...(frigging cold up front!) but could you not source the same parts from a breakers and fit in your 110?
