What a nightmare I'm having with the couriers I gave the job to on Shiply. Bad communication, just tried to have a conversation on the phone but his English is poor, the woman's travelled to the barn she's storing the chair in, she's sat in the dark, they told her 8.45pm which is a ridiculous time to be collecting, she's sat in the dark scared and they've told her it'll be 10.15 so she's called it off. Gotta sort another courier out now.
It's the end of the earth! Sorted now. The lady waited. Is it common for rural folk with hectares to be scared on their land when it's dark? If so, why would they live in the country I wonder?
If I was "allowed" to build the modest eco-house of my dreams I would move to the ar$e-end of beyond without looking back. Urban living can be crap.
Rural theft has rocketed in last few years and 'they' can be very violent if caught 'in the act' ( of burglary). (need to add that for the sake of those people with dirty minds!!!!)
