finally got around to making a start on the front cover. the block of wood on the crank shaft worked wonders. all nearly buttoned up.. interestingly the sum bolts were very loose coming off, all torqued up nicely now.

however, the gearbox oil cooler has a leak, so managed to get off the bay of e a very good condition replacement. undoing the oil cooler bolt resulted in the thread on the cooler shearing off. luckily, the replacement oil cooler came with replacement pipes, so its back underneath to replace those, when I get time.

also have a new brake accumulator to go on and a new set of discs.. oh and a new licence plates
 
Bit of a thread revival!

New plates? Cloned to avoid the emissions charges? Bit naughty.
