Im trying to reinstall my crankshaft pulley and when I put it on the woodruff key it keeps falling off, I've tried glueing it in and using epoxy but nothing is working, what is the best way to install it?

reads better
cos tbh, I read it as you were trying to glue the pulley on
you trying to do it form the top, or is the rad out?? if its still in, take the rad/intercooler out to give better access, only takes 10 mins and a good excuse to clean out the rad and intercooler.
something worn perhaps??it should be a reasonably snug fit. as suggested turn crank to tdc with rad and intercooler out should give you he clearance you need, also what james said.would it not be a good idea to get a new woodruff key, just in case it is knackered??
