I've used it maybe a dozen times and all were good. What wasn't so hot was the variability in communication. Some of the drivers have ery limited English/others don't seem to know how to work a 'phone. Always got the stuff on time though. Some were exceptional, got one to ok a car I was buying unseen before I paid for it, another brought me a SIII gearbox, transfer box and overdrive, all still bolted together and lifted it from the boot of his hatchback right onto my bench.
