I have just bought some General Grabber at2 275/40/r20 106h xl tyres already on rims for the rangey. does anyone know what the correct tyre pressure should be? currently got them inflated to 44 front and 50 rear, looks ok but seems high?

Any pointers would be great!

Cheers

It certainly ain't 44 front and 50 rear. Have your teeth not dropped out yet?

wrong size tyres for a stock l322 obviously they came off a sport or s/c, also totally wrong pressures take a look at the tag on drivers door post, I personally recomend 33psi front 36 psi rear

Normal tyres would be 255/55/19 but accessory 20" wheels can be got, fitted with 255/50/20 tyres. Recommended inflation is 33 front 36 rear light and 36 front 44 rear fully loaded. 275/40/20 not fitted to standard L322, at 60 MPH indicated, true speed will be 57.2 MPH.

hey wammers still getting stick , ok i have 255x60x18 0n mine i think there off a disco3 so anyone know what the f/r pressures are as its currently 30 front 40 back eich is the same as original hurricanes as per the handbood .cheers mozz

Should be either 255/65/16 or 255/55/18. PSI = 28 front 38 rear. With 255/60/18 fitted, when speedo indicates 60 MPH you will actually be doing 62.1 MPH. Maybe that's why you keep getting done for speeding. :D:D:D

28 front, 38 rear personally I run same pressure front & rear unless it's loaded.

The correct pressures. When fitted to a Disco III are 33 front 36 rear. The tyres are the WRONG size, having them on puts your speedo in error.
