Hi guys, so basically I have a Range Rover Vogue Supercharged L322 2007 (converted to 2012) and I am looking to convert it to LPG. I looked on the internet and it said it will save you a fortune. Around me the lpg costs are about 55ppl. I am considering to convert with a company called EcoTech AutoGas and another company said that with the Supercharged RR the valve will be burnt because the gas is dry. I am just looking for reviews about people who had experience with the SUPERCHARGED RR. I have read a lot of threads and they say that it has a smoother performance than petrol/diesel but it is not that quick however I dont put my foot down and dont want it to be quick. I mean I have heard many people say that the LPG around them is 65-80ppl but around me is 55ppl which I am sure will pay me back within 1.5-2 years. Anyways I am looking forward to your answers. :)

You were advised correctly. The jag engine suffers valve seat recession on LPG. Tis a common problem, some manufacturers like merc supply alternative LPG/ CNG heads to overcome. The earlier BMW engine in the L322 range rover was OK with gas

The same way you posted the first one. Go to the section you want to post in and click post new thread.
Actually the first one I posted was an introduce yourself thread and it came automatically when I registered.

Well unless you want to further introduce your self. Pick a section you want to post a thread in. I would suggest Range Rover section. And click post new thread. But if you intend to ask the same question, you will get the same answer. You can of course fit LPG to your car if you want to, but be prepared to pay for a top end engine rebuild every so often. ;)
