Hi,
Has anyone any experience of using the ContiMobilityKit or the ContiComfortKit which pump in liquid latex, seal the puncture hole and re-inflate the tyre?
I believe these are now supplied instead of a spare tyre on Freelander 2.
How far has anyone driven before a 'proper' fix? (I know what it says in the instructions, but I think they are there so you can have no come-back on the manufacturer if you drive further)
Did you get a replacement bottle of latex cheap?
What do the tyre-fitters think of this gloop stuff inside the tyre?
These kits are on eBay at a fraction of the list price, but how do they compare with the well-known Holts 'Tyre-Weld' type of repair kit?
Thanks,
Singvogel.
