Hi guys as anybody had the problem of number 40 fuse keep blowing/starter motor and eas fuse.
any help would be most grateful.

One of the two will be drawing to much current or fuse is wrong amperage. Should be 40 amp. I take it this is 99 on vehicle, fuse 40 was 30 amp prior to that but listed as not used.
 
Maybe the rear bearing holder has come loose.Common fault. Or brushes have worn out.
 
With the price of the new/recon ones I'd say it's worth the effort to try and fix it yourself as the service items are a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing the whole thing...as long as you don't have to replace the conrod.
Changing the piston seal is easy enough...only tricky parts are removing the conrod (need a 3.5mm allen key I think) and getting the motor bushes back in place is fiddly as hell.
