Its a EAS kicker;)

Com fault 4 means that the EAS is not replying to a "wake up" call from the kicker.
It can mean 1) The EAS ECM is faulty
2) The wiring between the Kicker via the OBD port is faulty.
3) The Kicker is faulty.
4) Voltage supply to the Kicker is too Low.

take a look at the diagnostic socket and make sure it is not full of green gunge,if it is use some electrical contact cleaner on it,then keep plugging your eas kicker in and out to make sure you get a good contact.

Here we go again..people scream "Help" , send a post saying it's fixed now and can't even be bothered to say what the fix was. Pain in the arse !!!!

Agree with that. But the main problem this bloke has is relying on a kicker to resolve a intermittent fault instead of find and repairing it.

Whats this got to do with YOU:confused::confused::confused::blabla::blabla::blabla::blabla::blabla::blabla:

Well nowt really. But papering over a crack instead of finding out what is causing it, is bad practice as far as i am concerned. Also, people on here crave information to assist them with their problems. If you had said it was my silly fault for trying to plug it into a connection full of crap. They we would understand. There are people on here who would have checked that the connections were clean before trying to plug it in. Don't bite the hands that feed.
