Hi. I have a 2000 Disco 2 TD5. Runs fine until the weather gets cold. The colder it is, the longer it takes to start. When it eventually starts there's loads of diesel fumes! It's almost as if it doesn't know its cold outside as the revs never seem to increase when starting from cold. Had 3 garages look at it and they have remapped, replaced the airflow meter, cleaned the coils(?) but to no avail. As it is freezing outside just now, can anyone help?
By the way, it doesn't tend to smoke during normal running, only when I've tried a few times to start it.
