Morning all,

Fitted a LOF powermaster and powerspring yesterday due to leaking master cylinder, got it all in and working as it should but the pedal does stick down, seems like it goes past the spring return point so it holds it down instead of coming back up, is there something I've missed on install?

Clutch works well and pedal bite is around half way up

I think you've adjusted it wrong at the clutch master cylinder. Spring shouldn't go to far past spring return point. I had to faff about with the clutch cylinder rod.

Put your old spring back on. I had the same issue so I phoned luke at LoF and that’s what he suggested to do. The LoF spring can be ‘to’ powerful in some situations apparently

Thanks, would be good to advertise that because after more searching it seems most people have the same issue. £20 wasted on the spring.

However, the master cylinder is a great upgrade for minimal price

yeah I thought the same. But once I had taken the spring on and off it looked quite ‘used’ so couldn’t return or sell it tbh. the master cylinder though was an amazing upgrade and worth every penny!

There is a video on the web that tells you about this issue and how to adjust the pedal setting. Its either on the LOF website or Youtube but here is one a guy did . Note he mentions the LOF stuff and not needing the spring at all.......
