Clutch seems to work okay. When driving there is normal travel and it engages the gearbox ok. The problem is selecting 1st or second. It is easer to select first after locating second and then moving forward into 1st.

worse when cold.

PS was left standing for 18months and now its being used a bit little probs keep appearing - some seem to go away all on there own.....but others haunt me in the early hours.

if clutch isnt clearing properly reverse will grate when selecting it ,if it selects well then 1st ,2nd baulk rings and probably dog teeth on the 2 gears

It goes into reverse ok, grates occasionally but not every time. Cant remember if i said the clutch wines when depressed.

So i take it the release bearing is causing the wining noise, and likely need to replace the dog teeth and baulk rings on the 2 gears.

And while there fit a new clutch kit.
