Wow, if you can get a clutch for this engine that holds at that bhp let alone the torque it ain't going to be cheap

Guessing you got a Holset. 
Last time I needed something like that I spoke to Clutch fix in Huddersfield. They make them from scratch and make racing ones so can do high temperature ones.
gearbox should be able to take at least 380 nm. The drive shafts are already heavy duty. Theoretically it probably could take it.
M51 engines are tuned up a lot on the bimmer forums. Ask @stu
Its my friends car, he's from Latvia and there isn't any aftermarket there , so I'm trying to find him something in the uk

You could try contacting Diesel Perfomance UK (DPUK). They're specialists in putting high torque diesel engines into interesting vehicles.
