Its a forum which is for discussing not just telling people to search.

which disco ,disco one could be a sign of clutch release arm wearing through pivot ,but for both disco 1 and 2 check fluid in reservoir ,check behind steering colum at clutch pedal to see if master cylinder is leaking and slave by undoing the 2 securing bolts and carefully removing ,hold push rod when half way out as it can come off release arm with slave cylinder ,another sign of poor master cylinder is splashing in reservoir when pedal pumped ,air will be sucked in if either cylinder has poor seals
