H, im having trouble bleeding my clutch. Replaced slave cylinder and the master is less than a year old. However i have replaced the metal pipe that runs along the bulkhead with a length of flexible pipe rated to 225bar. is it possible that this is just absorbing the pressure? surley the pressure cant be over 225bar?! plus ther is a short length of flexi in the system already. Clutch is on a 1989 90 so lt77 gearbox. any ideas??

Point the nose of the landy as high in the air as possible, either on a steep slope or car ramps that are strong enough. Let the system drip bleed then force bleed using the pedal

could be the flexi pipe is swelling up when you are applying the preasure just enough to give you problems

If you hadn't bent it in the first place you wouldn't have had these problems :D RIP Gemma 1989-2010

might sound stupid but have yu got the pipes on the slave cylinder the right way round?

When i replaced me master and went to bleed the system, some numpty had got em round the wrong way so that the bleed nipple was on the bottom and it was impossible to bleed it out.

Took me half a day to realise tho.......
