Just got the old girl through the MOT and had ALOT of welding done at the same time.

All is well and she's been on a couple of very long journeys recently with no problems whatsoever.

Now - When I accelerate hard I can hear and feel a CLUNK from the front nearside. It's an Auto and it's had alot of work done on it recently including;

New front brakes
New steering damper
All 4 steering balls joints replaced after main drag arm failed at 70MPH!
New drag/steering arms
Floor welded
Sills replaced/uprated
Sunroofs removed and resealed
and a few other bits

Everything else is good it's just this CLUNK when accelerating hard.

Could be that, donut removes the harsh engagement and obviously removing and fitting 200 prop will bring it back

Mine has a bad clunk thought it was transfer box but it was a frame ball joint, I understand that's not from the front but worth a check
