20131024_211153.jpgYeh, tried tightening the union, and the nut underneath, and bam! Bottom nut snapped.

ohhh thats not the injector pipe, thats the banjo bolt that holds the diesel leak off pipe on. if you can extract the bit that is showing by getting pliers or mole grips around it, then all is good and you can just replace that banjo bolt, if you cant, then it is looking like a new injector :/

Not that I know of, and the second one is perfect as it's a bit cheaper lol.

Will order that now, ordered the pipes last night :)

So after a bit of work, I finally managed to get the fudger out. New bolt has been shipped, just waiting on pipes now too. 20131025_171407.jpg

Right, new banjo is in, and new injector pipe should arrive today. But as mentioned earlier in this post about the return pipes, i've also noticed one of them has a small hole in it also.

Question is, do i need a whole new rail? or can i bodge that hole shut?

Picture shows which pipe the hole is in :)

Yep, and now i feel like a dumbass :( lol.

Very much appreciate your help, all fixed now, so thankyou for being patient :)

Haha! I'm pretty sure of that, though a new exhaust is on my things to buy list! (Unrelated).

Pretty sure it's to do with my injectors being dirty, so i'm gonna get some redex when i get a chance next week and try that first :)
