Last time I did Church Stretton we did a lot of demanding lanes so I removed my roof rack beforehand.

Do you reckon its best to remove it for this trip or will we be sticking with the simple stuff ? 2 lanes I am thinking about are the sunken sloped lane with the V shaped floor (access's a farmers field) and the other lane has a slope to the one side which casues the balanace to shift from one side to the other and gets near trees.

nah... i'll turn up as is

Yours looks shinier than mine, so I'm not so worried now :D

I wish I could afford a set of ATs though, just having to replace front 2 tyres with 'ordinary tyres' again. Sure ATs on the front and bald road tyres on the back can't be a good idea!!!!!!!

Well the Disco passed MOT today, new propshaft fitted and all raring to go again ...

So, I'm coming over Friday night, can anyone recommend a reasonable campsite, close by, within 10 miles of start point anyway? Two-man pop-up tent and sleeping bag should do, and a throw-away barbecue methinks ... ;)
