Hi All, just recognized today after about 1 hour drive chirping sound during idle (and also probably under load but hard to check alone). Nothing removed yet, so not possible to locate where it comes from. Tried to upload video, but could not.
Does not seem to be belt, but I do not know. As soon as I will have some time I will remove all covers and try to find the place. Any usual place I should check first?
Thanks

Remove the belt, check all bearing, tensioner. You can run it for a short period of time to see if the noise is gone, with the belt off.

The advice seems to be fit genuine Land Rover (in a Land Rover box), that's what I did. I have read of aftermarket failing out of the box.

Just received the genuine new tensioner, wanted to change tonight but seems that I will need special 15mm socket? I have tried my standard hex head 15mm socket but seems that I need more narrow and 12 point head?
edit. probably found the answer. 14mm narrow wall 12 point
