Does that mean in a leading role or just tagging along?
It won't be going ahead if no-one else wants to lead a smaller group as the numbers are already too large for one convoy. ;)

Pikeys got a PM which I sent last night, I guess he hasn't got near a maccydees for wireless yet :p:D

If it doesn't get off the ground it's no biggie, I'm not bothered either way, just a nice idea of Dafts though to get together again :)
I got waaaaay too much to do as per usual - if the Disco gives me much more trouble it'll be on fleabag and I'll go get meself a Land Cruiser, I'm fed up of spending every bastid weekend under the blurry thing fixing it on top of everything else that has to be done. :doh:
So much for 300tdi power, no wonder they're so economical to run when they're permanently broke down, the V8s never gave me this much trouble...... :eek:

I'd like to come/help sort out a Chippy run but can't commit for definate due to work commitments and lack of funds. I'll have to play it by ear.....

I would like to see this run go ahead.. I aint been on a trip for a long time.. was lookin forward to one in May on the site we dont mention the name of, but the organisers there have changed it last minute and added hundreds of miles onto a already hundreds of miles weekend. Suffice to say that they have been told they can shove their forum where the sun dont shine.

Hi Boys & Minty & Zan,

I'd be up for going, well technically I'm here already, but you know what I mean :D

I have a suggestion for accomodation, there are loads of fishermen that camp on Chesil Beach evey night, and there is no reason you guys can't camp there too.. There is a little area off that beach lane where you could put the vehicles, it's not an official parking, but I have seen a disco park there over night. Worst case you get asked to move, you can park in the official car park, it will cost a few quid, or I can probably fit 5 vehicles on my property, and that's free ;)
 
P.S. there are toilets on the beach, and those are free too, well my exorbitant council tax pays for them :p
 
im quite happy to help set up , was thinking to keep groups smaller we could have an east, west and north groups with maybe buckshot leading from east and boomer from north and someone from east ,meeting up partway and then splitting again to regroup in west bay in the evening, not sure of the lanes as not done them before but sure we could sort some routes. also a charity cause sounds good not sure which one help for heroes good cause but done by everyone these days what about the testicular cancer awareness as were all nuts about landies:)
 
count me in for this one as i have 2 4 day weekends to sort out the series ! and i'll lead a group if needed.
 
I'm deffo up for this and happy to lead. Minty has got me some mitts with Left & Right written on em.

As for overusing the lanes I've been down em twice since the original chippy run So I int guilty.. :D
