Personally i found that insuring a series on a classic is the cheapest as when you go to a 90 or 110 they can go up a bit as they are in the same category as a defender. They don't come under the classic car insurance.

But if your on a farm put it on the farm insurance should be cheaper then

I wouldn't bother. I find it much cheaper to not bothering insuring either my rangie or disco, the fine for not having insurance is by far the cheapest way

(I would like to add I am joking, they are both fully insured and cost me a ####ing fortune!)

I found that a 3.9 V8 disco is cheaper to insure than a 300tdi. pick one vehicle of each and put the reg into go-compare so many factors come into play its impossible to tell you.. Now go introduce yourself properly..............

There are a lot of people on here that now and have a load of knowledge and are willing to help but only if you take a little bit of your own time and search or introduce yourself.

Fine be like that.
Leave your bank details and #### off.

Or go to introduce yourself. Its not that bad. We all had to do it.
