There was a link posted on here many moons ago to a website where you could put your chassis number in and it told you what you landy was built for.

Anyone know what it was??

Came up as a 1990 V8 freelander!!!!!!

Google 'land rover chassis identity'..

Sure you put it in right...mine was fine....unless of course you DO have a gaylander and are just in denial..

Had a gaylander couple of years ago hence td4auto!

Mate of mine has seen a Hreg 3dr disco
in a yard and wondered if it was owt special.

dont trust it, said my td5 disco was a 2000 rangerover classic:doh:

Doesnt like K-series's
Disco 3 is an RRC
RRS is another RRC
L322 RR is also RRC, all with engines unknown...

Think that website sucks slightly...
