I'm fitting a roll cage to my 110 and while getting things in place, noticed a little problem.

My rear cross member doesn't seem to have the holes all the way through where the roll cage bolts too.



On this photo (on the left side) there are two holes almost on top of each other. One my chassis they are only on the outside edge of the cross member, not on the side under the car.

There should be no issues to drilling them through right?

I should add the car is 1985 build and as far as I know there have been no repairs to the chassis (that i've found at least) and it's still the original.
