A thought running through my head.... if I were to change my 2005 freelander for a Disco (second hand), which one? The newest model just doesn't convince... too much electronics... want a good vehicle for week-end trips and mountain driving.... any ideas?
wot!!!! niggles. . .td4 doozle, never. . .jist wait till ya git ya tracter, then talk niggles . . .Yeah, I'd figure that a series 2 td5 would seem to be the best bet..... just wonder if it's got as many niggles as the freelander td4?
Forget the disco3, its ****, too many electrical faults, lovely car to drive but it'll spend more time at a dealer than on your driveway, same goes for freelander2, they're **** aswell, horrible to drive.
I can tell yer impressed then clutchy
get a disco2 td5, in my opinion, it's the most reliable land rover ever made, get the latest one you can afford. Sure, they have niggles but nothing like what the freelander has and once fixed, most don't reappear, unlike freelander.
