Hello,
Is there any conversion kits to remove rear side windows and replace either with one solid pane of glass or delete glass all together and put in an alloy sheet, just thinking about making it a little bit more secure. If that’s possible

Google masai4x4 I think they do a canny few window kits. Never used them, so this is not a recommendation. Why not just cover stuff in the back. Or put tinting film on the windows, I think that's legal in the back. Your door locks are probably the easiest point of entry, not the windows.

Mine had just plain glass in when I got it but I bought a used pair of windows instead. Glass is gone now btw.
Best thing would be to fit van sides from a series 88". Any bodging with sheet over the holes would look carp.

I just thought you might be able to remove the sliding windows for a single piece of glass ?.
There is indeed a thread somewhere describing how to do it. I've read it and you basically take the window out, separate it, swap some bits, fit a single pane of glass n reassemble. It can be done.

If you fill the channels that the windows slide in - with a strip of metal for example - they will no longer be able to slide open. Screw the strip down with anti tamper screws.

Good idea, I think I’m going to also seal up windows as replacing the felt seal is rather involved as I’ve just found out.
