Good morning all. I have a question for you.. Seems the water pump has packed up on the better halfs 2.0l diesel Freelander. The mechanic says the timing belt kit will need replacing too. The timing belt was done about 10000 miles ago. Does it really need replacing?
Thanks
Lilman.

Hi,
Just got all mine done yesterday......my advice to anyone who is getting the Timing Belt done is make sure the Tensioner is done & Water Pump.....as said, for the sake of a few pound more better to do a 'Full Monty'

If you had paid attention when it was last changed you could replace it yourself:p:p:p
