Hi all,
The central locking on my '92 RR has gone a bit nuts.
Sometimes fails to work at all, sometimes when the key is turned the lockinmg repeatedly locks and unlocks maybe five or six times and eventually stops. Sometimes works from dirvers door, sometimes only from passenger door.

Quite exciting really - to start with at least!

Any clues on where I start to figure out what's going on??

re sync key with car, maybe re input EKA code and check door latches and microswitches

Don't think you can input or re sync anything on a '92! My '89 went 'a bit nuts' as you rightly put it and I was well and truly stumped. It seemed to fix itself the next day.

One thing I always try with my Classic when the locking goes funny is disconnecting the battery for a while, things seem to reset themselves.

Failing that the central locking ECU is under the steering wheel side of the dash, behind the bit of dash just above the pedals if you see what I mean. Try a different one from a breakers and see if that helps, there's loads of breakers on ebay that sell them.
