2004 disco 2 es premium, everything locks ok with remote but when I open up by pressing the remote twice the driver side rear door will not open it sounds like the motor is trying to work.
I understand that there are two servos or acuatuator motors in a D2 lock, therefore your unlocking motor appears to be faulty, if so then the lock which is unrepairable has to be replaced.
