Hi there,
new to this forum and although I have looked at some issues which may be related, I cant see anywhere something quite like the issue I have.
The fob locks and unlocks all doors, tailgate etc as you would expect.
once I hae driven the vehicle for a while and all the doors have locked automatically I hit an issue when I stop.
Stop the engine, take the fob out and open the drivers door and get out. The rest of the doors, including the tailgate do not open automatically as they used to last week.
if I press the unlock on the console or double click the fob, all doors unlock.

Not a major issue, but frustrating as it has been working sine I bought the landy three years ago.

Any ideas?

Does the key motor out the slot at all?

Also have you checked the drivers door lock is locking ok from the remote?

This issue rings a bell but my brain can't drag the info out of it currently!!!

i think what may be happening is that , when I start and drive off, all the doors bar the drivers lock once I get to say 10mph. I can hear them lock and the lock lever moves to the lock position on the three doors. The lock lever stays in the unlock on the driver door only.
So could it be that when I stop the engine and get out the system doesnt know that I have got out via the driver door??

Hi.
Have tested this theory and it works.
The fob locks all doors and the car is locked when I walk away from it.
When I start it up and drive away all doors lock. Apart from the drivers door.
If I manually lock the drivers door and then stop and get out, all the doors open.
If I don't manually lock it, stop and get out, none of the other doors unlock.

So has anyone any ideas how to fix the drivers door to make it lock automatically once I drive off like it used to do?

Many thanks td4van.
Will see if my local garage can sort one out for me.
I don't know one end of a spanner from the other.
