Hi there, am new to the forum, some great advice out there. I wonder if anyone can help. I have a 53 D5 and the remote will lock all doors fine, but will not open the drivers door - all the others are fine. Any ideas what could be wrong. Cheers

Same problem for me but pasenger side. Any one help us??

it could be just sticking... Mine did this, spray some WD40 into and around the lock, button, door handle... any hole you can get the straw into!

not trying to hijack this post but......
i dried this and have had the door apart and the solonoid is fine to. incase dickie gets this far (hope you dont) wots the next step. im confused

Back again I am afraid with a negative on the WD40 solution...i will take the door apart now to see if my untrained eye can detect anything.
