Hi again everyone, looking through various webpages etc it seems that this is a fairly common problem. You'd think there might be more relevant information available or easily accessible..ummmm..not.Haynes is pants and Rave..well I can't seem to find what I'm after. So here's the problem...No central locking...nothing,no clicks, whirrs grinds or anything...Forget the keyfob as that does the imobiliser bit just fine. From what I've gathered there is an ECU for the central locking, yes? possibly AMR 6429,situated behind the glovebox. All the fuses I can find are ok.So is it best to work backwards from the ecu or does the drivers' door 'actuator' provide the key,as it were.I'm assuming none of the relays under the glovebox have anything to do with it?...Any suggestions or ideas and have I got the basic principle right...Thank you.
