Hi, Anyone got the contact details for the guy who modifies the high/low lever to incorporate the CDL on disco 2's?
Tried the email address on www.discovery2.co.uk but got no reply.
Any help welcome

Thanks Michael

hi,

Im not 100% on this subject but some D2 had the pin in place, so all you would need is the lever.
others did not have the Mech at all.

Ashcroft do a kit to convert from non CDL to CDL. as well as providing the CDL Lever and stickers etc.

quite very expensive tho!

Ive just looked at mine and it engages when the spigot is turned to the drivers door. To disengage do you bring it to the centre or do you turn it to the passenger door? Im not sure if ive disengaged it?

I'm up to speed with the transfer box & CDL spigot, I'm trying to locate the factory type of lever to engage/disengage the cdl.
There used to be a fellow member who used to modify the standard hi-lo lever to incorporate the cdl control which made a factory fit look.

I've just bought a second hand diff lock/ hi-lo lever, from a D2 with both cables ready to fit to the transfer box £135 inc vat and delivery
