I've had my 97 Disco since January, and only just found there's a cubby hole under the seats!
under the drivers seat is a cd multichanger ...cant figure out how it works and the radio isn't stock anyway so it's probably not connected.

so, question is, should i...
1) flog on ebay?
2) try and get it working?
3) hit it with a big stick, drive over it, shoot it, set fire to it and sacrifice it to a higher deity?

Right, I've written out the answer that would make you a millionaire, by this time next year, and thrown it in the bin.

leave it in the bin. my wallet is heavy enough now, if i have to haul one more million around then the rusty disco springs would snap and i'd only have to spend 2 mil welding her up again!

There's one of these under my driver's seat (1998 disco). Used it a few times when I first got the vehicle then it stopped working and wouldn't give my CD's back. A large screwdriver changed it's mind. Local independent wasn't surprised - apparently they have a reputation for not lasting long. If I ever take the seat out I'll take that out as well and it will be going in the bin. Useless bit of kit. So, in short '3'.
