i,ve still got an old ham international major mildly tweaked and modded bastid thing keeps losing frequency,needs sorting out but no fooker will touch it thou

I'm running a Midland, can't remember which model ATM though. I always run one laning, just in case. I used to run two, one on each band.

There isn't always mobile signal,so it's a good ( if a little pot-luck when on your own) backup.

Hi, I've got a Midland. Very handy if Greenlaning and also on journeys where traffic jams prevail (lorry drivers are a good source for travel info).
