Hi, was wondering if there is anyone in or near the Carlisle area with a nanocom for a Range Rover P38. I need help resetting my suspension , hubby had taken the nanocom out the car and I’m stuck at Kingstown Morrisons petrol station, breakdown said I’d be in for a 3+ hour wait, suspension is all the way down to bump stops, so limping home is not an option. TIA.

I have driven 137 miles on bump stops in one go. On gravel roads and pavement. Up to 60mph on pavement. Car is still quite driveable with some care.

Yes, I know it is possible, I did it years ago in an older model I had, but tried to drive off and could hear rubbing and grinding noises coming from the front tyres, don’t know if it’s cause it’s different sized tyres. (16 inch on older model but I have 18 inches on my newer model.)

The wheel size should not make a difference as that size was standard on all years on the v8
you had a result with the recovery guy knowing the motor and having the right kit:)

Is he still with us?

The closest Nanocom I knew of near Carlisle was Wammers in Preston but a) that isn't that close and b) he's dead, no idea what happened to his kit although Mozz might know.

no ide@ i remember him doing somit to do with peeps brocken doon, so just t@gged him :)
