My land rover Freelander 2 TD4 XS only starts after I put my foot on the brake and push the start stop button twice. The first time mostly every warning light shows up then when I click it again it starts. I've searched it up and found stuff about accessory mode but I know that only happens when your foot isn't on the brake. It never used too do this by the way it would always start after one click with foot on the brake. It's had a battery change and been checked multiple times but never found a fix.

Allow it to go through all checks before putting foot on brake and pressing the start button.
If that doesn't work try with the brake pedal held down constantly to see if its a pedal position sensor issue.

Ive tired both these and sadly it doesn't work as I said when push it with my foot down once I get all the lights and if I keep my foot down and press again after a few seconds it starts. It's just annoying having too click it again and seems off. I don't want it too be a bigger problem in the future
