Anyone used this outfit!

Bought some drop links for a F1.
2 Yr guarantee so good price.
When they arrived they are about 2 inches too long.

Conversation ongoing but apparently, having sent photos and the dimensions and the fact they are too long I received the reply "looking at you photo it looks like the item is longer than the original and that is maybe why you are having problems fitting it"!!!!

Further they add "it is your responsibility to ensure the part is the same as the original".

Conversation continues!!!

Do you still have the packaging they arrived in?
(Only so you can make sure they have sent the correct part number)

tell them to check their stock (measurement)
To see if the problem is packaging/part number error

No **** Sherlock.
Sounds like a right bunch of comedians there Andy. :(

Surely it's their responsibility to send out parts that are correct, as that is what you ordered.

If they were only a couple of cm different in length to the originals, you could have got away with just changing both, and have the ARB sitting a bit lower. However 50mm longer would probably cause the ARB to contact the CV boot, which wouldn't be at all helpful.

Is this a new epidemic? I bought a bosch air filter for my FL2 on e Bay (yes I know) "filter for Freelander mk2" and a picture of the square filter.
Filter arrived its not square, apparently my fault for not looking up the correct one, and they expect me to pay the return post.
