Hi took car into garage yesterday to have aircon fixed, they changed condenser and drier.

When you used to drive the car before when you accelerated it would roar even though onky a 3.o td6 2003. and when you powered off you would hear an "achew" noise like a little sneeze from the turbo.

Now when you drive it as you accelerate the turbo whines whilst power on, as you power off no "achew" noise anymore, and the car seems rather flat on power..

ANY suggestions from you experts ??????????

The condenser doesn't involve touching any intercooler hoses, not sure whether the the dryer does though. I would check intercooler hoses, I would hazard a guess that one of them is loose.

If the turbo 'whines' too much anyway, I hate to say but I would suspect it could be on its last legs. Have you had the car long? Has the crankcase breather filter been changed?

You deffo should have the bmw upgraded cyclone type upgraded filter fitted
The main reason the turbos fail !

Check my thread for the crankcase filter upgrade procedure

You would usually get black smoke with a blocked crankcase filter
With the engine running slowly and carefully release the oil level dipstick, if oil wants to spurt out then your filter is blocked !
