Flex New Member Jul 3, 2010 #1 Can't get the bottom oil cooler pipe off the radiator without breaking it If I turn the bolt the pipe starts to turn with it and is starting to pinch. Do you have any fail proof methods with this or is it just a cut it off and buy more case? 300tdi by the way

Pikey Dummy Ejection Facilitator.. Jul 3, 2010 #2 Try tightening it slightly first. and spray lots of release spray onto it.
Flex New Member Jul 3, 2010 #4 Bolt was freely moving but pipe was rusted to it, holding the bolt from turning far............pipe split in the end. Oh well, just another new thing to buy and fit and heal from.
