Nah.. there's loads of free photo editing software on the net.. all you need is to crop & sharpen really.. basic stuff.. took me about 4mins to sort yours using about a 100th of Photoshop's power..

There are any amount of free photo editing programs on the interweb.

Have a look at this list and try one.

I'd recommend number 1 in the list, Gimp.

MHM I have tried to copy image and location on the pic you said to use and still cannot use it, I keep getting invalid message, thanks for links to pic managers, I think this comp has Gimp on it I will see if I can update it
